Appearance: Dark ruby colour with bright notes, good legs.
Nose: Classic Cabernet characters of black fruits, including boysenberry and plum. A hint of menthol and cigar box.
Palate: Crisp acidity, black fruits again on the palate, with some warm spice notes. The wine is medium to full bodied, with some drying tannins still at this stage. Persistent finish. A fresh, aromatic style of wine that will develop extremely well with further bottle age.
