We’re honoured to welcome John Kavanagh, winemaker at Te Kairanga, for an intimate dinner in our Private Dining Room.

With over a decade at the helm of one of Martinborough’s most iconic wineries, John brings a wealth of knowledge, stories and wines to the table. This hosted evening will showcase a selection of Te Kairanga’s finest releases across five thoughtfully paired courses by Executive Chef Ryan Moore.

Fish Course – Runholder Pinot Noir 2024

Main Course – John Martin Pinot Noir 2019, served from magnum
