A very special, limited and intimate event, dining alongside and in discussion with some of New Zealand and Australia’s most revered wine and spirit makers.

This seated dinner event will cover a wide range of topics, including the art and craft of wine and spirit making, oak barrel production, and regional and international differences that influence what makes it into the glass.

The five-course dinner, created by Executive Chef Ryan Moore, will be served as the makers discuss their process, beliefs, and learnings from their respective international careers.

The event will start with canapes and cocktails made by David

 

Ramonteau, followed by a selection of the very best wines from each winemaker.
