Domaines Ott is a renowned French wine estate specializing in rosé wines, particularly from the Côtes de Provence and Bandol regions. Founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, the company is now owned by the Champagne House Louis Roederer. They are known for their unique bottle design, inspired by the landscape and evoking an elegant amphora.

Étoile offers a very different expression of the Ott vineyards. It is a very unusual wine and the only one capable of expressing the richness and diversity of the vineyards as a whole. It is an author’s wine, stepping outside the official appellations, the fruit of the free-thinking of a wine artisan.

Pale peach hue with golden tints. The first nose is fresh and expressive releasing aromas of elderflowers with a delicate vanilla note. It then shows complexity quickly disclosing notes of peaches with a hint of citrus and exotic fruit. The smooth and broad iodised palate carries the purity of the fruit, complemented by light orange peel aromas. Étoile ends with a well-balanced finish of chalky minerality and sweet spice.
