We are honoured to welcome Marlborough icons, Hans and Therese Herzog to The Wine Room for an intimate hosted dinner and tasting in our Private Dining Room.
A wine-matched dinner and vertical showcase tasting of the Spirit of Marlborough from vintages 2002, 2012 and 2017 - it’s a rare chance to observe the wine’s evolution across more than two decades. Even in the world’s most esteemed regions, maintaining structure and freshness over this span is no easy feat, and this tasting is a tribute to that pursuit.
Throughout the evening, Hans and Therese will share stories from their journey, from pioneering organic viticulture to mastering Bordeaux varietals on New Zealand soil.
