Huré Frères L'Insouciance Rosé Brut is a light, pale pink champagne with fresh citrus aromas and notes of red fruits. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, light and delicate. The Champagne is made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut comes from old vines planted in Premier Cru terroirs. Starting from the belief that the raw material is the most important ingredient, they take great care of the vines, without using pesticides or herbicides. Each plot is cultivated and harvested separately and manually. 

In the winery, the fruit from each plot is prepared separately before the Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut is assembled. They are vinified in stainless steel tanks, foudres and used barrels. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously and the wine ages on lees for 18 months. 6gr/l of liqueur d’expédition is added to the bottle.
